It should be known that Lila never always had a conscience and could only start to move and talk once the place became overrun with Cain and his minions. She is very sarcastic and only makes jokes when it has nothing to do with her. She mostly panics in situations revolving around harm to her and enjoys watching Chris lose his mind after he learns she has a conscience.

Cain is also a very skilled inventor of toys including puppets, dolls, clowns etc. He somehow knows just how to bring each and every one of them to life! He is heavily reliant on his minions as they answer to his every whim but if something doesn’t go to plan he has no problem taking care of the damaged ones.

But overall she is a friendly girl who is often influenced by Flynn and Alden. He’s one of those guys who does it for the reputation but always has hints of regrets after. At the beginning, he just thinks of the place as a cool abandoned place to run around in but is soon met with the fear that something is out there. Watching. Lurking. This leads to him revealing his true nature as a scaredy cat.

GrantAlden is also your average college jock but has more common sense than Flynn and comes to more common solutions and would rather not humiliate anyone in the way that Flynn does. Alden is the first of the three friends to feel like something is off as they explore the showbar. He is always tense as his suspicion towards the place makes him paranoid with every sound he hears.

He loved playing with her as he felt safe and content as Lila wouldn’t be able to judge him for being different and more quiet than the rest of the children. He often plays where the other children don’t when in the showbar. He may be quiet and shy however he takes in everything he sees and has retained those memories ever since.

She loves to play games with people’s lives no matter the consequences. She is seen as the toy in charge and will get dispose of anyone who is unloyal to Cain.Skipper is seen to have traits of a sociopath as she has never known the difference between good and evil as she has spent her whole life under Cain's rule. She sees herself as a very energetic jokester who loves to write poems or rhymes to give her victims a playful sendoff.

Taffy is bubbly and energetic just like her sister which means they often clash because of how similar they are to one another. However Taffy does not share the sociopathic traits that Skipper does making her more level headed and able to make more kind and sympathetic decisions. She often disagrees with Skippers cruelness towards the other toys and humans and tries to avoid hurting anyone if possible. Seeing as her sister is seen as the leader of toys she is somewhat scared of her and what she would do to her if she ever disobeyed herself or Cain.

Created by Cain the doll of Sammy tries her best to hide and avoid any of the toys under Cains rule. She is one of the “good guys” who hates Cain and all he stands for which can make her seem cold to people she first meets but will warm up if it is shown that she can trust you.
